This directory contains weekly bulletins on sea ice conditions in the Arctic and Southern Oceans
based on ice charting and passive microwave material from the world national ice services and 
centers, including the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute, the Research Center "Planeta" and 
the Moscow Hydrometcenter, the Canadian Ice Service and the US Nationa Ice Center.
